Returns & Exchanges

We don’t accept cancellations

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order. The following items can’t be returned or exchanged because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for Perishable products (juice)

Sorry, but for health and safety reasons, I am unable to offer refunds on food products. In case of shipment loss or damage (breakage) as stated above, contact me so I can begin a claim on the insurance and get you replacements ASAP.

Delivery policies

I can usually ship in one to two days after payment is received. If for some reason I need more time (maybe need to make another batch to complete your order), we will contact you. All orders will be sent insured. In case of breakage contact me so I can begin a claim and send you replacements ASAP. All orders are track-able (by both you and me) with receipt confirmation sent by USPS Priority. Should you desire an upgraded, expedited shipping, contact me before the sale for a quote.
